October 5, 2022, in the dormitory No. 3 of the Tajik Technical University named after academician M.S. Osimi held a seminar dedicated to the Day of the State Language of the Republic of Tajikistan, on the topic "Language is the key to the existence of the nation." This seminar was attended by the Chair of the Women's Council Ikromova M.Kh., a specialist of the department Amonatova F.K., leading specialist Rakhimova S.S. and university students. Also, the head of the folklore department of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Majnunov Abduamin was invited to this seminar as a guest. In his speech, Majnunov Abduamin spoke about the history, essence, and meaning of the Tajik language.

Amonatova F.K. - the specialist of the department in her speech noted the huge contribution of the Leader of the Nation in solving the issues of the state language and emphasized that from the first days of his work as the Head of State, the Leader of the Nation, as a tribute to and of great importance, has always put the issue of the state language at the center of state policy. Depending on the strengthening of the significance and status of the state language, a number of effective initiatives have been implemented to solve existing problems in this area. First of all, in 2009 the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the state language of the Republic of Tajikistan” was amended, which significantly updated this document. This law established the legal status of the Tajik language and ensured its development on the territory of Tajikistan. Based on this, every year on October 5, our country celebrates the “Day of the State Language”.

The seminar ended with presentations and speeches by female students of our university in honor of the Tajik language.
