(FET BNTU-TTU)
The Faculty of Engineering and Technology of the Belarusian National Technical University - Tajik Technical University named after academician M.S. Osimi (hereinafter FET BNTU-TTU) was created in 2011. Based on the instructions of the Presidents of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan, by the decision of the Academic Council of BNTU and the decision of the Academic Council of TTU (as founders), by agreement of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan, the “Agreement on the establishment of the FET BNTU-TTU named after Academician M.Osimi dated 10/28/2011”, “Cooperation Agreement between BNTU-TTU dated 10/28/2011”, a contract was signed between two universities BNTU-TTU named after academician M.S. Osimi on 03/02/2012.
The purpose of the activities of the FET BNTU-TTU is to carry out educational, scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities, activities for scientific and methodological support of higher engineering and technical education, selection and placement of personnel and other activities within the limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan.
Education at the faculty is conducted in Russian. The educational process at the FET BNTU-TTU is carried out according to the traditional education system.
The first dean of the joint faculty was Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Mirzoaliev I.M. In subsequent years, the faculty was headed by Nazhmiddinov Sh.Z. (2014-2015), candidate of technical sciences, associate professor Saidov M.H. (2015-2016), candidate of technical sciences, associate professor Gadoev S.A. (2016-2021) Ph.D., Associate Professor T.S. Majidov (2021-2023). Currently, the faculty is headed by Ph.D. Kalandarbekov I.I.
On the basis of the engineering and technical faculty of BNTU-TTU there is a Center for Belarusian Education, Science and Culture of the Republic of Belarus.
Today, the joint engineering and technical faculty is an educational center for specialists in the construction and technical industry, taking into account the economic requirements of the country and according to the requirements of the labor market.

The initial stage (1-2 years) of training is conducted at the TTU named after academician M.S. Osimi, and the second stage (3-6 years) of training at the head university in Minsk.
The joint engineering and technical faculty actively participates and contributes to the social and political life of the university and the republic.
Faculty of Civil Aviation of the Belarusian State Aviation Academy - Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.S. Osimi (FCA BSAA-TTU)
The Faculty of Civil Aviation of the Belarusian State Aviation Academy - Tajik Technical University named after academician M.S. Osimi (hereinafter FCA BSAA-TTU) was created on the basis of the engineering and technical faculty of BNTU-TTU on the basis of an agreement on the creation of FCA BSAA-TTU, an agreement on the provision of educational services at this faculty, decisions of the Council of the BSAA and the Academic Council of TTU and in agreement with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan dated August 10, 2016.
In the first year of study, 120 students were admitted to the faculty, who became the first students wishing to obtain a prestigious aviation specialty.
The deans of the Faculty of Civil Aviation were Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Saidov M.H. (2016), Ph.D., Associate Professor Gadoev S.A. (2016-2021), candidate of technical sciences, associate professor Majidov T.S. (2021-2023). Currently, the dean of the faculty is candidate of technical sciences Qalandarbekov I.I.
The initial stage (1st year) of training is carried out on the basis of the TTU named after academician M.S. Osimi, and the second stage (2nd...5th year) of training is carried out in the Belarusian State Academy of Academy of Minsk, followed by passing the final certification and assigning the appropriate qualification.
Specialists are trained in the following specialties:
1 – 370401 “Technical operation of aircraft and engines”
1 – 370402 – 01 “Technical operation of aviation equipment (instrumentation and electrical lighting equipment)”
1 – 370402 – 02 “Technical operation of aviation equipment (avionics equipment)”
1 – 440105 - 01 “Traffic organization and flight support in air transport (air traffic management)”
The faculty's curricula are drawn up in the BSAA and agreed with TTU. Education at the faculty is conducted in Russian. The faculty employs teachers who conduct classes at a high methodological level and prepare students for a worthy continuation of their studies at the Belarusian State Academy of Minsk.
FCA BSAA-TTU is designed to satisfy the requests of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and other states in higher engineering and technical education, the needs of society and the state of the Republic of Tajikistan in the formation of personality, training of qualified civil aviation personnel.
The Faculty of Civil Aviation actively participates in various events and contributes to the social and political life of the university and the republic.
Faculty students also actively participate in conferences, Olympiads and other scientific and educational events of the university and the republic. At the same time, the faculty pays special attention to educational issues: patriotic education, healthy lifestyle, recreation and leisure for students.
