Tajik Technical University named after academician M.S.Osimi

Today on April 23rd, 2024 at the Faculty of Construction and Architecture of M.S. Osimi Tajik Technical University an extended scientific seminar was held with the participation of the President of South Ural State University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Alexander Shestakov. The seminar was organized on the basis of cooperation between the two universities. The seminar was attended by representatives of the Polytechnic Institute of the Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.S. Osimi in the city of Khujand, Technological University of Tajikistan, Agency for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Trade Inspection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as teachers, Phd doctoral students, masters and university students.

 Prof. Shestakov A.L. made a report to the audience on the topic: "University Development. Digitalization. Information and measurement technology and its influence on the ongoing processes", gave satisfactory answers to the questions of the participants. Also, the President of the South Ural State University made specific proposals for joint research work and training of scientific and pedagogical personnel.

It should be noted that for several years SUSU has been making a significant contribution to the training of young scientists in natural and exact sciences. At the moment, more than ten graduate students, after completing and defending their theses, are actively working in TTU named after Academician M.S. Osimi and contributing to the development of science.
